Booking & Deposits

  • All appointments must be booked through direct message.
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit goes toward your final balance.
  • Remaining balance is due in cash, Zelle, cashapp or Venmo (you choose the method).

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule once at least 2 days in advance.
  •  If you reschedule less than that timeframe there is a rescheduling fee.
  • you may reschedule once per appointment. Any additional rescheduling for the same appointment will have a rescheduling fee of $30. 
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows result in loss of deposit and may require full payment before future bookings.
  • If you are more than 10–15 minutes late (you pick the time), your appointment may be canceled or a late fee applied.

Hair Requirements 

  • Please arrive with hair clean, detangled, product-free.

 

Style Requirements 

  • Please provide clear inspiration photos during booking.
  • I do not recreate other stylists’ work exactly — every braid style will be customized for your hair type and head shape.

Children/Guests

  • No extra guests unless the client is a minor.
  • Children’s appointments require a parent/guardian to remain during service.

Hair Extensions & Added Hair 

  • Let me know if you will need hair provided or if you will bring your own. 
  • If you prefer bringing your own hair, I do ask for the hair to be dropped off for prepping at least a day before your scheduled appointment.
  • If you prefer me to provide braiding hair, a hair fee will be added.

Allergies & Scalp Conditions 

  • If you have sensitive scalp, allergies, or conditions such as eczema/psoriasis, please notify me before booking.
  • I reserve the right to refuse service if the scalp is irritated, wounded, or unsafe to braid.

Refunds

  • No refunds on completed services.
  • If you have concerns about your style, please contact me within 24–48 hours so I can fix it.

Professional Conduct

  • Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Please come with a calm and positive attitude — I will do the same.

Agreement 

Booking an appointment means you agree to all policies listed above.
